HUMATAK TREE PLANTING LEGACY
The Humatak Tree Planting Legacy is part of the overall Ridge-to-Reef development that is focused on maintaining the balance between the need for our natural and cultural resources today and the need to sustain those resources for our future generations.
The Tree Planting Legacy provides the opportunity for everyone to participate in this amazing way towards sustainability. Visitors to our village can participate in various ways, from the actual tree planting to donations, the growth of this amazing legacy can be viewed online. Every quarter, photos produced by our coral reef ambassadors (UCRA) will be uploaded for everyone to view the growth of their respective contributions.
In some cases, our ambassadors through social media, may provide direct communications to contributors and peers updating them of their special tree that they've planted or the plots of trees planted as a result of their respective contributions.
